For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998 as replaced by General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (on 25th May 2018) (the Act) and , the data controller is Kelvin Players Theatre Company of 253b Gloucester Road, Bristol BS7 8NY.

  • We Do Not have access to any of your financial and/or credit card information. Any such data is provided via Paypal® to which we do not have access and which is controlled by their terms of use (which can be found >here<).

  • Blog. We may have public blogs on our Websites. Any information you include in a comment on our blog may be read, collected, and used by anyone. If your Personal Information appears on our blogs and you want it removed, contact us here. If we are unable to remove your information, we will tell you why.

  • Social media platforms and widgets. Our Websites include social media features, such as the Facebook Like button. These features may collect information about your IP address and which page you are visiting on our Website, and they may set a cookie to make sure the feature functions properly. Social media features and widgets are either hosted by a third party. We also maintain presences on social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Any information, communications, or materials you submit to us via a social media platform is done at your own risk without any expectation of privacy. We cannot control the actions of other users of these platforms or the actions of the platforms themselves.   • Links to third-party websites. Our Websites include links to other websites, whose privacy practices may be different from ours. We will NEVER share your information with third parties.

  • Other than via our Internet Service Providers, Wix.com; our online shop provider, Ecwid.com and payment service providers, Paypal.com and this is only for the purpose of  processing and managing the website and sales process.

  • Unless we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation.

 

Where we store your personal data

 

The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"). It may also be processed by agents e.g. mailchimp.com, wix.com who may operate outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers. Such agent maybe engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of your order, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.
